Wine features: Tile-coloured and scarlet wine. It has powerful varietal scents very well matched with long aged-in-barrel tones, all of which achieves the sweetening of the tannins. Its structured and vigorous body in mouth has a combined ripe fruit, vanilla and liquorice taste. It is a very expressive and persistent wine in the retronasal via with a great richness of sensations.
Serving suggestions: Its should be consumed at a temperature ranging between 16º and 18ºC. It represents a magnificent match for game dishes such as pheasant, partridge or duck, and for red meat such as ox, beef or lamb. It also goes well with pâté de foie and very cured cheese.
